REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Overview

Tickets are nonrefundable but are transferrable to a person or persons of your choosing.

If available, the original ticket(s) purchase can be used on any other scheduled Tampa Mafia tours. You must notify us within 5 business days before the actual tour date to make this change. Some tours may not be available due to being sold out, and you may have to be scheduled on a tour of our choosing. If you do not contact us seven days before your scheduled tour date, you will not be able to reschedule your tour. Likewise, if you are a no-show on your tour, you will not be able to reschedule. There are no exceptions to this policy.

RUNNING LATE?: We usually start on time if the weather permits. However, we cannot wait for late people because many people have lunch or dinner plans after the tour. So if you are going to be late, please email us at info@tampmafia.com ASAP, and we will try and get you on another tour IF available. 

RAIN OR CLOUDY: We will wait for up to 30 minutes after tour time for the weather to subside before proceeding with the tour. The tour will continue during light showers. Please bring an umbrella. If unsuitable weather does not stop within 30 minutes after tour time, it will be rescheduled. 

SEVERE WEATHER: If there is a severe weather report, tornado, or hurricane warning, in Hillsborough County or Tampa, your tour will be canceled, and your tour will be rescheduled. Please DO NOT show up if the weather is severe. CHECK YOUR EMAIL (inbox and spam/junk folder) FOR UPDATES. If you are not sure, do not call the office; please email us for a faster response!

Why Are Refunds Are Not Available On Our Tours?

Unfortunately, we do not give refunds because our tours sell out quickly, and we may not have enough time to resell your space. If you purchase a ticket and cannot make the tour, you can transfer the tickets to someone else.

CLOTHING & OTHER PRODUCTS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. As for clothing, we will list if a specific clothing item runs bigger, smaller, true to size, or one size fits all. Once you pick the size, we cannot exchange or issue a refund.
