DISCLAIMER
Once you purchase your tickets, you will get a generated receipt. Within 24-48 hours, we will send you a second email with instructions on where to meet and your ticket information within 24-48 hours. Make sure to CHECK YOUR SPAM/JUNK FOLDER if you don't see this email in your inbox within that time frame. Adding our email info@tampamafia.com to your address book would be best to ensure you receive our email in your inbox so it does not wind up in your spam/junk folder.
1. ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
2. If you cannot make your original tour date, you are allowed ONE reschedule for any future available tours. You MUST notify us 48 hours before your tour date!
3. We cannot place you on any future tour dates if you are a no-show on your scheduled tour.
4. If weather becomes an issue, your tour will be rescheduled. NO REFUNDS. Does not apply to Private or Group tours.
5. Video and Audio recording is strictly prohibited.
6. NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 10. Disgression is advice for all children 10-16 years of age.
7. We reserve the right, without notice, to change the tour guide listed on your tour. We will always try to have that specific tour guide take you on your tour, but emergencies occasionally come up.
8. Tampa Mafia Tours reserves the right to cancel tours with under six tourgoers. If we have to cancel the tour due to "under six tourgoers," you can reschedule your tour on any of our regular or happy hour tours listed on our website or get a full refund. Special tours and events are not applicable.
9. Our tour guide has the right to ask guests to leave the tour for any reason they deem necessary.
10. VIDEO OR TAPING OF THIS TOUR IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
11. Your credit card will be billed under Cigar City Magazine.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY TOUR FOR ANY REASON. You can choose another date or receive a full refund if Tampa Mafia cancels your tour.
I, the purchaser, agree to release all claims, liability waiver, and risk assumption ("Waiver and Release"). I waive any claims I may have now and in the future, release from all liability, and agree not to sue S4 Enterprises LLC, Cigar City Magazine, Tampa Mafia, its officers, agents, representatives, employees or tour guides [hereafter referred to as "Staff"] for any personal injury, death, property damage, COVID-19 virus or loss sustained by me as a result of my participation in "Tampa Mafia Tour." I also agree that if I violate this agreement and try to bring suit against any part of the parties named here, I will be held responsible for attorney's fees and any costs incurred by that person in defending such action.
I am aware that the tour, in addition to the usual dangers and risks inherent, has certain additional hazards and risks, some of which include physical exertion for which I may need to prepare and weather extremes subject to sudden and unexpected change. I accept all the inherent risks of the proposed walking tour and the possibility of personal injury, death, or property damage or loss.
I acknowledge that the enjoyment and excitement of the proposed form of the tour are derived in part from the inherent risks incurred by travel and activity beyond the accepted safety of life at home or work, and these inherent risks contribute to such enjoyment and excitement, being a reason for my participation. I agree that if I suffer injury or illness, S4 Enterprises LLC, Cigar City Magazine, Tampa Mafia, or its Staff can, at my cost, arrange any medical treatment and emergency evacuation service as they deem necessary for my health and safety.
I do understand that photographs taken on this tour may only be used for non-commercial or personal reasons.
Also, I agree during the tour to follow and comply with any additional instructions given by my tour guide or any other Staff. I accept non-compliance may result in injury, death, or permanent disability. I understand that non-compliance may result in my removal from the tour.
In entering this Waiver and Release, I am not relying on any oral, written, or visual representations or statements by S4 Enterprises LLC, Cigar City Magazine, Tampa Mafia, its Staff, or any other inducement or coercion to go on the walking tour.
I confirm that, by my own free will, I have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of this walking tour and Wavier and Release before purchasing my ticket and agree that this Waiver and Release will be binding upon my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, and successors.
I agree to grant the sponsors of this tour a worldwide, royalty-free license to use my photographic, video, or digital likeness solely for promotional, educational, and/or commercial purposes.
As a participant in the tour, I accept full responsibility for my behavior, well-being, and health throughout the tour, which may involve a variety of activities, unfamiliar locations, and modes of travel, including but not limited to walking on uneven pavement. I realize the tour may involve walking through unfamiliar, narrow alleys, roads, crosswalks, and driveways, and during light rain.
By purchasing the ticket(s) for myself and/or my guests, I affirm that I fully understand and agree to these Terms and Conditions, Waiver, and Release of Liability.
