Once you purchase your tickets, you will get a generated receipt. Within 24-48 hours, we will send you a second email with instructions on where to meet and your ticket information. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM/JUNK FOLDER if you don't see this email in your inbox within that time. Adding our email [email protected] to your address book would ensure you receive our email in your inbox so it does not wind up in your spam/junk folder.

1. Please note, ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL. We do not offer any refunds under any circumstances. This policy is strictly adhered to, and no exceptions will be made.

2. In the event that you are unable to attend your original Tampa Mafia Walking Tour date, you are granted ONE opportunity to reschedule for any future available tours. However, it is imperative that you NOTIFY US at least 48 hours before your scheduled tour date to avail of this option. If you purchase a Tampa Mafia Bus Tour date, that date cannot be changed for any reason, nor is a refund available. However, your bus ticket is transferable.

3. We cannot place you on any future tour dates if you are a no-show on your scheduled tour.

4. If weather becomes an issue, your tour will be rescheduled. NO REFUNDS. Does not apply to Private or Group tours.

5. Video and Audio recording is strictly prohibited.

6. NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 10. Discretion is advice for all children 10-16 years of age.

7. We reserve the right to change the tour guide listed on your tour without notice. We will always try to have that specific tour guide take you on your tour, but emergencies occasionally come up.

8. Tampa Mafia Tours reserves the right to cancel tours with fewer than six attendees. If we have to cancel a tour, you can reschedule it on any of our regular or happy hour tours listed on our website or get a full refund. Just so you know, special tours, bus tours, and events are not applicable.

9. Our tour guide has the right to ask guests to leave the tour for any reason they deem necessary.

10. VIDEO OR TAPING OF THIS TOUR IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

11. Your credit card will be billed under our parent company, Cigar Heritage Festival, Inc.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY TOUR FOR ANY REASON. If Tampa Mafia cancels your tour, you can choose another date or a full refund.

I, the purchaser, agree to release all claims, liability waivers, and risk assumptions ("Waiver and Release"). I waive any claims I may have now and in the future, release from all liability, and agree not to sue S4 Enterprises LLC, Cigar Heritage Festival, Inc., Tampa Mafia, its officers, agents, representatives, employees, or tour guides [hereafter referred to as "Staff"] for any personal injury, death, property damage, COVID-19 virus or loss sustained by me as a result of my participation in "Tampa Mafia Tour." I also agree that if I violate this agreement and try to bring suit against any part of the parties named here, I will be held responsible for attorney's fees and any costs incurred by that person in defending such action.

I am aware that the tour has certain additional hazards and risks in addition to the usual dangers and risks inherent. Some of these include physical exertion for which I may need to prepare and weather extremes subject to sudden and unexpected change. I accept all the inherent risks of the proposed walking tour and the possibility of personal injury, death, or property damage or loss.

I acknowledge that the enjoyment and excitement of the proposed form of the tour are derived in part from the inherent risks incurred by travel and activity beyond the accepted safety of life at home or work, and these inherent risks contribute to such enjoyment and excitement, being a reason for my participation. I agree that if I suffer injury or illness, S4 Enterprises LLC, Cigar Heritage Festival, Inc., Tampa Mafia, or its Staff can, at my cost, arrange any medical treatment and emergency evacuation service as they deem necessary for my health and safety.

I understand that photographs taken on this tour may only be used for non-commercial or personal reasons.

I agree that during the tour, I must follow and comply with any additional instructions from my tour guide or any other staff member. I accept non-compliance may result in injury, death, or permanent disability. I understand that non-compliance may result in my removal from the tour.

In entering this Waiver and Release, I am not relying on any oral, written, or visual representations or statements by S4 Enterprises LLC, Cigar Heritage Festival, Inc., Tampa Mafia, its Staff, or any other inducement or coercion to go on the walking tour.

I confirm that, by my own free will, I have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of this walking tour and Wavier and Release before purchasing my ticket and agree that this Waiver and Release will be binding upon my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, and successors.

I agree to grant the sponsors of this tour a worldwide, royalty-free license to use my photographic, video, or digital likeness solely for promotional, educational, and/or commercial purposes.

As a participant in the tour, I accept full responsibility for my behavior, well-being, and health throughout the tour, which may involve a variety of activities, unfamiliar locations, and modes of travel, including but not limited to walking on uneven pavement. I realize the tour may involve walking through unfamiliar, narrow alleys, roads, crosswalks, driveways and during light rain.

By purchasing the ticket(s) for myself and/or my guests, I affirm that I fully understand and agree to these Terms and Conditions, Waiver, and Release of Liability.
